Are your products handmade?
Yes, many of our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans, ensuring uniqueness, tradition, and quality in every piece. However, we do have certain products which made by machines through moulds.
Are your brass or silver-plated products prone to tarnish?
All our metal products are made to last, but they may naturally oxidize over time. We recommend gentle cleaning with a soft cloth and storing in dry spaces. Avoid harsh chemicals or water exposure for best longevity.
Do you offer personalized or custom gifts?
Absolutely! We offer customization on selected products such as engraving names or messages. You can check product pages or contact us directly for personalization options. Please do contact us 10-15 days in advance for customized orders.

Orders once placed cannot be modified or canceled, especially for customized or gift-wrapped items. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
Do you include invoices in gift orders?
No, we do not include invoices or price tags in gift orders. If the order is marked as a gift, the recipient will only receive a gift receipt or note. You will receive the full invoice on email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, CoD and wallet payments.Cash on Delivery adds extra handling and processing charges, to keep your order safe and secure, a small ₹49 fee applies for COD payments.
